My loader opens but my information which is normally automatically saved is all gone. When I try log back in it tells me that I can't. I have tried getting help on Discord and joining the customer discord channel, but it says that I need to verify account before performing this action. I have already verified everything so I am confused why its not working. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
